Refund policy
We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality. If you received an item with a manufacturing fault, please let us know so we can resolve the problem as quickly as possible. Simply contact us for a return authorisation which will allow your return to be actioned promptly. Where possible an exchange will be provided failing that a refund will be issued. Exchanges and refunds are generally made within one business day of the returned item being received by Mens Braces Australia.
If you simply changed your mind regarding your product, we are happy to exchange or refund the purchase price providing the product is returned to us in its original condition and undamaged, including the outer packaging within 30 days of purchase. We will not refund you any cost in sending us back the returned goods and you will need to pay for return shipping from Mens Braces Australia back to you for any exchanged products.
For hygiene reasons, under-garment braces cannot be returned if they have been worn and/or the length has been adjusted.
Please note that any items made to order may incur a 10% re-stocking fee if they are returned. This is charged by the manufacturer and deducted from the refund.
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us to allow us to resolve any problems.
