I want to pay by credit card. How secure is this site?
All credit card transactions are completed via our secure payment gateway. When our online order form asks users to enter contact details and credit card details, that information is protected with Secure Socket Layers (SSL certificate) encryption software. Our ecommerce hosting and software is Level 1 PCI compliant.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We aim to despatch orders by Australia Post parcel post within one business day of payment. Braces in 3XL and over are generally made to order and will take a day or two longer.
Express Post is available at checkout.
Orders received on weekends and public holidays will be despatched at the earliest opportunity.
Does Mens Braces Australia delivery to post office boxes?
Yes, we are happy to delivery to post office boxes
What is the returns policy?
If you received an item with a manufacturing fault, please let us know so we can resolve the problem as quickly as possible. Simply contact us for a return authorisation which will allow your return to be actioned promptly. Where possible an exchange will be provided failing that a refund will be issued. Exchanges and refunds are generally made within one business day of the returned item being received by Mens Braces Australia.
If you simply changed your mind regarding your product, we are happy to exchange or refund the purchase price providing the product is returned to us in its original condition and undamaged, including the outer packaging within 30 days of purchase. We will not refund you any cost in sending us back the returned goods and you will need to pay for return shipping from Mens Braces Australia back to you for any exchanged products.
Please note that any items made to order may incur a 10% re-stocking fee if they are returned. This is charged by the manufacturer and deducted from the refund.

What forms of payment are accepted?
You have the option of using your PayPal account or paying by credit card (Visa, Mastercard or Amex) using our secure payment gateway. Payments by Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay are accepted.
Mens Braces Australia does not pass credit card charges onto our customers.
Payment by bank transfer is also available at checkout. No orders are despatched until full payment is received
