These 35 mm wide button on suspenders for men are available in two styles, X or Y back.
X & Y back available in sizes M-2XL 42 to 50 inch (approx. 107-127 cm) through to 7XL 60 inches (approx. 152.5 cm).

I use mine in a VERY harsh work environment and find the Buckle brand to be hard wearing and long lasting. If I was to be picky, I may suggest the leather loops could be beefed up just a tad.
