These 35 mm wide button on suspenders for men are available in two styles, X or Y back.
X & Y back available in sizes M-2XL 42 to 50 inch (approx. 107-127 cm) through to 7XL 60 inches (approx. 152.5 cm).
These braces are very good for my son as he has limited use in his left hand. Having the two button holes makes it a lot safer for him. If one buttoncomes off the the other will keep his pants in place and save him embarassment.

The braces are as advertised. I have no issues with them at all.
These braces are ideal for my son who doesn't have the use of his left hand so having the 2 buttons gives him more security in case one button falls off.
